Authentic, Natural-Dyed Zapotec Quixote de La Mancha Rug

This handmade rug is 100% hand-spun, natural-dyed wool and pedal-loomed by Juventino Morales in Santa Ana del Valle, Oaxaca, Mexico. The wool comes from the sheep in Juventino's backyard and the dyes are made from bugs, flowers, fruits and vegetables pulled from his garden. The designs are unique to his family and have been pased down for over a thousand years through his Zapotec family-lineage. This is definitely a must-have storytelling piece for your home!
